This paper discussed the impact of HR practices and policies on organization culture in TNPL of Karur district. The statistical analysis was based on the responses obtained from 119 employees and HR managers of the chosen organization. The results implied that a close relationship exists between organization culture and various HR practices such as employee participation, training, compensation, job definition and performance appraisal which results in enhanced organizational performance. The study suggested that implementation of effective HR practices will progress organizational performance and productivity.
